(TCOM.OB) said its subsidiary, MyStarU.com online education net, divested the exclusive license to a master franchisee called Guangzhou Vocational Training Service Center in Guangdong province China. As per the terms of the deal, GVTSC will pay a license fee of $0.20 million to MyStarU.com, in one time offer as well as has rights to sell licenses to unlimited franchisees inside of Guangdong province.
