| MyStarU.com Reports Sales Of Master Franchise License [TCOM.OB]
6/25/2007 4:03:24 PM Monday, Telecom Communications Inc. (TCOM.OB) said its subsidiary, MyStarU.com online education net, divested the exclusive license to a master franchisee called Guangzhou Vocational Training Service Center in Guangdong province China.
As per the terms of the deal, GVTSC will pay a license fee of $0.20 million to MyStarU.com, in one time offer as well as has rights to sell licenses to unlimited franchisees inside of Guangdong province. GVSTC plans total sales of 50 franchisees in 2007.

(NEWT) on Monday said that its electronic payment processing division, under the Newtek brand, signed a merchant acquiring agreement with Discover Financial Services, a business unit of Morgan Stanley (MS). The company stated that the agreement would allow Newtek Electronic Payment Processing to offer an integrated payment card processing package that includes Discover Network card acceptance to all of its customers.
Under the terms of the agreement, Newtek Electronic Payment Processing would offer small to mid-sized businesses the convenience of consolidated statements, combined settlement, and customer service. Newtek Electronic Payment Processing would have full responsibility for pricing, processing, settlement, risk management and customer service for the customer accounts.
