Alfred Kelly was promoted to president overseeing the global consumer group, which includes such operations as credit cards, customer service, small business and consumer travel. Edward Gilligan was named vice chairman overseeing the global business-to-business group, which includes merchant transactions, network services, commercial cards, business travel and international banking.
